Reviews are not easy to come by and you usually only get one shot. What if the review is not as good as you would have hoped or there was a misunderstanding that could have easily been cleared up before you got a bad review?
Unfortunately, there is no way to remove bad reviews from websites like Yelp or Google+ unless the reviewer did something that is against the posting guidelines. The only recourse you have is to respond to bad reviews after the damage has been done and collect more good reviews to thin out the percentage and make the bad review just one out of a lot of good ones.
Asking customers for reviews can be tricky if you don’t know what experience they might have had with your services/technicians but what if there was a way for you to get feedback for your services before they reach the review sites?
